	Pinnacle FMV Network Join Network View Market Example Listings View Network Member Demographics Descriptive statistics regarding physician compensation are useful references in the setting of commercially reasonable compensation terms. However, aggregated data often lack the specificity to accurately reflect an organization’s environment, market dynamics or particular business objectives. In contrast, having access to actual deal terms from comparable organizations can be invaluable in business model development, negotiations as well as in determinations of fair market value. While direct exchanges of contract information between health organizations may violate antitrust rules, access to blinded and validated information about particular physician contract arrangements can speed up development processes and inform decision-making without veering into anticompetitive behaviors. The second element of the Pinnacle Physician FMV Program is the creation of a member network comprised of hospitals, health systems and others that contribute to a database of physician contract arrangements including: ▪Management service agreements ▪Joint ventures and under arrangements ▪Block leases ▪Highly specialized physician employment deals ▪Medical directorships and call coverage, and ▪Other unique hospital – physician ventures All information flowing through the network will be managed by Pinnacle to de-identify, validate and organize the information. While participants in the network will not be able to identify other organizations, the database examples will provide information sufficient to make confident comparisons based on key demographic indicators. When market examples do not exist in the database, members will be able to query other members (anonymously) on an ad hoc basis. Membership in the network will require payment of an administrative fee and annual submissions of market arrangements.
